Terms and conditionsTerms & Conditions: By placing a booking you are making an agreement between - Henderson's Country Sports of 6 Castle Street, Turriff - and yourself. Bookings will be confirmed by email on completion of payment. As is the norm in fishing bookings – no refunds are given if the river is unfishable at anytime during the booking period. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds given. In order to process your booking we must share your booking details with the proprietors of the fishing beat you have booked. Please do not book if you do not want us to do this. Booking Software: iBookfishing and the team at Rowan Studios Ltd act only as software providers and do not take any part in this agreement/contract. By accepting these Booking Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that Rowan Studios Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred through making this booking. Price includes an administration and booking fee. Please only proceed with the booking if you agree to these terms & conditions.
