I accept that, should I use the boats without the supervision of the ghillie, I do so entirely at my own risk. I accept it is my responsibility to ensure that all guests/members of my party have been made aware of the contents of this safety briefing. • The estate operates a strict catch and release policy. • Bad weather is outside our control. In the event that a day is spoilt by any factor outside the control of Ledmore Estate no refund of any monies paid will be made. However, where bad weather is involved we will make every effort to ensure another fishing option is offered for that day, if at all possible. • A full refund will be given should you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your booking. No refunds will be given should you cancel after this time. Health and Safety • Life jackets must be worn at all times. • Maximum of 3 people per boat • Only one person should change seats at one time • Do not go on the loch in adverse weather conditions and be aware of the potential for conditions to deteriorate rapidly • Ensure you have appropriate outdoor clothing • Do not smoke when operating or refilling the outboard motor Please ensure that someone is aware of where you are and has the contact details of the estate, especially if you plan to take a boat out overnight. It should be noted that phone signal can be patchy.
